Marta Budziszewska

psychiatrist, MD

I am a graduate of the Second Faculty of Medicine at the Medical University of Warsaw.
I gained my professional experience at the Mental Health Center of Bródnowski Hospital, working in:

  • the Inpatient and Day Psychiatric Units,

  • the Day Unit and Outpatient Clinic for Addiction Treatment (including support for co-dependent individuals),

  • the Outpatient Mental Health Clinic.

 

​I also work as an on-call psychiatrist, providing emergency psychiatric interventions in the Emergency Department.

I am also a Mental Health Ambassador.

​

Guided by the principle that “prevention is better than cure,” I am actively involved in delivering workshops and training sessions focused on mental health prevention. I work, among others, with schools in Warsaw, providing support to students, teachers, and parents.

​

To further this mission, I collaborate with companies specializing in well-being, where I conduct webinars and educational workshops dedicated to mental health and overall well-being. My work supports the development of healthy habits and promotes balance in both professional and personal life.

I created the "A dose of knowledge" tab to share articles that explain the complex world of psychiatry in a patient-friendly way.
